Social Initiative for Community Development is involved in uplifting the lives of the underprivileged sections of society living in urban and rural areas. The focus is on skill development training and Employability skills training centered on developing their self dependence towards the future. It collaborates with other social organisations working on the same cause, uses its own resources to implement various beneficial programmes, motivates people to work for social causes and contribute their time and resources as per their capabilities and raises funds and donations for its charitable objectives
