Founded in 2021 in Delhi, SICD is a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to inclusive growth and human development. With a strong grassroots presence, we design and implement sustainable programs that empower individuals and communities across both rural and urban India.

We believe that when people are equipped with knowledge, skills, and access to opportunities, they can transform their own lives and contribute to lasting social impact.

Skill Development

Our skill development initiatives are focused on empowering women and strengthening rural communities through livelihood-based training programmes. Under the Kushal Gram Samriddh Gram scheme of the SANKALP Project in Fatehpur District, we successfully conducted skill training programmes for women in stitching, beauty parlour, and other employment-oriented job roles. These initiatives aim to enhance self-reliance, improve employability, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for participants.

Social Collaboration

FUJIFILM Sonosite India Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Social Initiative for Community Development (SICD), successfully conducted a CSR initiative at Government Senior Secondary School Kherla, aimed at supporting students through educational assistance and encouragement.

The programme witnessed active participation from students, faculty members, and representatives from both organisations. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Nitin Gupta, Managing Director of FUJIFILM Sonosite India, encouraged students to pursue academic excellence and highlighted the company’s commitment to community development and education.

As part of the initiative, 200 students from Classes IX to XII received FUJIFILM Sonosite branded school bags and water bottles. The event also featured vibrant cultural performances by students, creating an inspiring and engaging atmosphere.

Through this initiative, FUJIFILM Sonosite India Pvt. Ltd. continues to contribute towards empowering young minds and strengthening educational support in underserved communities.
