Kate has a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. Kate has clinical experience working in inpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment settings as well as in private practice settings. For the past 10 years, Kate has been in Atlanta-based business development and community outreach roles, representing treatment centers in the southeast.
Kate’s clinical background and dedication to helping individuals and families struggling addiction and behavioral health issues inform her role as a treatment center liaison. She has experience working with clinical providers across the Southeast and enjoys serving as a resource, connecting individuals, families and professional providers with treatment services.
Kate is currently a Senior Regional Outreach Director for the southeast region at Elements Behavioral Health. Elements Behavioral Health is a premier network of treatment centers that fills the gaps in mental health, addiction, eating disorder, and trauma treatment. Elements has treatment centers across the country that draw from the latest evidence-based approaches and provide environments of respect and support to help people build the resilience and skills they need to heal. The focus is on long-term, sustainable recovery and overall improvement in quality of life.
